Nothing could be better than apple cider in the Fall and Winter! It is the perfect mixer for the season and we have a new addition to our apple cocktails list!

After having one of these delicious brunch cocktails with a girlfriend one Sunday, I had to find a recipe to share the joy with you all. This recipe comes to us from our friends at Well Plated.

This Apple Cider Mimosa is the perfect addition to any Fall Brunch or Holiday get together with friends and family. You can even make it a Mocktail by swapping out the Prosecco for Sparkling Water and make some for the kids.

Mix up this excellent brunch cocktail recipe!

Apple Cider Mimosas

Yields: 2 Servings

Ingredients You’ll Need:

  • 4 Ounces Fresh Apple Cider
  • 8 Ounce Chilled Prosecco [Or Sparkling Water for Mocktail]
  • Cinnamon Sugar for Rim
  • Apple Slice for Garnish

Glassware and Items You’ll Need:

  • Champagne Flute
  • Plate

Preparation

Prepare Sugar Rims: In a small plate, mix together 2 tablespoons of turbinado sugar with a half teaspoon of cinnamon powder. Using either water or a little apple cider, wet the rim of the glas and dip the rim into the cinnamon sugar mix. Tap off any excess and set aside.

Apple Cider Mimosa Recipe:Pour in two ounces of apple cider into each Champagne flute. Top with chilled Prosecco. Garnish with a slice of apple, if desired. Enjoy!
