Drink of the Week: The Irish Redhead

Even Springsteen could appreciate a redhead. When it comes to Whiskey Cocktails, the Irish Redhead is simply one of our favorites. Jameson whiskey is my favorite go-to Irish whiskey, so when I rolled across this little beauty on Pinterest from Marye Audet at restlesschipotle.com, I couldn’t resist.

This Irish Redhead is a feisty little whiskey cocktail you can’t wait to indulge in. It has a flavor palate that is fairly similar to a Whiskey Ginger, and you could even substitute the club soda for ginger ale for a spicier kick if you want.

This Whiskey cocktail comes highly recommended as the perfect sipping companion to some Irish music and good old times. Grab yourself a glass and enjoy this taste Irish Redhead, Sláinte!
