Simple syrup comes in a variety of flavors, and one of those flavors is Ginger. Ginger simple syrup is an herbal simple syrup that can be added to teas and cocktails instead of using ground ginger and sugar.

This Chinese herb has been used as part of medicinal remedies for centuries. Jam packed with antioxidants, ginger is a super spice that contains nutrients that are beneficial to our brains and bodies. You can use ginger in a number of ways – either as a juice, freshly sliced, dried or in a powder.

Ginger’s anti-inflammatory properties have also been shown to aid in digestion and reduce nausea and is used in the treatment of menstrual pain, blood sugar imbalances, and heart disease.
